Little one

We went to our 12 week appointment today. Good news! Everything looks very good. We heard the heartbeat at 167. Our baby is growing normally. She/he is 7.03 cm crown to rump, so basically 2.8 inches and right on target for his/her age. Baby was moving around like a little jumping bean. Also the Nuchal Translucency scan showed a normal number our doctor measured at least 3 times, all with the same result: (.13).

J.D.'s favorite picture is this little view of the baby's back, neck, and head. I think you can also (maybe) see ears, but that might just be my imagination. Hello little one.

I requested this next image because I loved seeing the two arms and two legs wiggling around. In this picture our baby's legs are sprawled out, and he or she is just kicking back. I started giggling, just out of happiness, and J.D. was laughing because I was.
